요 약 사이버 공간에서는 어떠한 정보도 국경을 손쉽게 넘을 수 있으며, 군사기밀에서부터 기업 데이터, 개인 정보까지도 자유롭게 이동하고 있다. 이러한 사이버 공간의 등장에 따라 테러리즘 또한 변화를 맞고 있다. 첨단 정보통신 기술을 이용해 가상의 세계를 무차별적으로 공격하고, 이러한 피해가 일상생활이 펼쳐지는 물리적 공간에까지 영향을 미치게 되었다. 그 결과 각국의 방위 시스템은 사이버 기술을 네트워크 시스템 내로 전략적·전술적으로 접목하고자 시도하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 7.7 DDoS와 같이 대대적인 DDoS 공격으로 시작한 사이버테러 가상 시나리오를 검토해봄으로써 그 공격방법과 대응 방안에 대해 고찰해보고자 한다.   ABSTRACT In cyber space, Any information can easily go across the national boundary and also does military secret, business data and personal information. Terrorism also changes according to the apperance of this cyber space. It attacks imaginary world by high technology and the damage of it influences the space of everyday life. As a result, protection system of each nation try to put cyber technology into network system for strategical and tactical use. So, In this paper We study the method of attack and response through reviewing the imaginary complex-coordinated cyberterror scenario beginning like 7.7 DDoS.   Keywords : Cyberterror, Social engineering, DDoS, Virus, Malicious program, SCADA
